In a lab, it won’t be paid attention to anyway, because dilution is measured by the creatinine levels in the urine. If an employer sees a negative dilute test, you’ll usually have to perform another one. It’s really not anything you need to worry about unless you’re being deliberate about drinking too much water; just drink the same amount of water you usually do.

Does alcohol show up on a drug test?
