“I can't say enough nice things about Stacy, who worked in the lab the day I came in. I got there right at 4pm and I thought the lab closed at 4:30. She was so kind and welcomed me in even though it was time for her to be done for the day. She graciously opened everything back up for me. She made me feel at ease about the test I was nervous about. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She really went above and beyond for me and stayed late to reassure me. It was a great experience thanks to Stacy :)”
