How to get started:
Simply provide your Company Name as registered with the DOT, business address, DER name and DOT number to your local Fastest Labs partner. We will generate a letter of agreement via Adobe Sign stating that both parties intend to abide by DOT guidelines. After signature, we’ll follow up with specific next steps for each of your selected programs, including the opportunity for an orientation phone call if needed.

Clearinghouse Services 
In January of 2020, the FMCSA implemented new regulations requiring employers and MROs to report driver testing results and refusals to a Drug and Alcohol Testing Clearinghouse. Employers must “query” the Clearinghouse as a part of the pre-employment process and annually thereafter. As your designated TPA, we can manage this ongoing and tedious process for you. In addition, we can customize a full drug and alcohol policy to protect your business and help you implement a safety program that fulfills FMCSA requirements.
