“Early in November, I was devastated to hear that my blood alcohol test read positive for alcohol, in spite of the fact that I have not consumed any in months. Being a pre-transplant patient, I was in unenviable position and totally devastated. After searching the internet, I found out that hair and nail test can show alcohol level for at least up to three months. The closest lab to me, that offered nail and hair test was the Fastest Lab of Orlando; two and a half hours away from where I live. I called for an appointment, and left a message. I barely hung up, when Anna called back. Couple of weeks later, when my nails grew longer I took that trip, not knowing what to expect. Because of my breathing condition, I looked for the closest entrance. Anna, personally came to the back door to meet me, showing the utmost concern about my well-being. After I recouped a bit, Anna guided me to the work area.The place was immaculately clean. She had the paperwork all filled out, than went over it with to check for accuracy. After disinfecting it, she handed me the nail clippers and instructed me what to do. The nail clippings fell on a designated paper, which she gingerly wrapped closed and sealed, than placed in the proper envelope for shipment. We once again confirmed the paperwork, I signed in couple of places, and the procedure was over. I decided to leave a hair sample also, just in case I have to double prove my innocence. Anna, disinfected the scissors, and cut three small clusters of hair from the back of my head, to collect the amount needed. She again, wrapped the sample carefully, placed it in a sample envelope, as well as the the paperwork she had me signed, and got it ready for shipment. I however had asked her to hold on to it, to process it in the future if and when necessary. What I was impressed the most with was Anna’s compassion and understanding. She is knowledgeable, professional and ready to help in any way she can. I am sure she is a great asset to your company. It has been my privilege to meet her and pleasure to work with her.”
